TPO Systems
Available in varying thickness, styles and colors, TPO systems, are a high performance single ply roofing material
that offers a flexible membrane and strong hot air welded seams. These systems can either be mechanically attached with fasteners or adhered. TPO systems allow for easy discovery and repair of damages and can even help cut down on utility costs by achieving higher surface reflectivity ratings.
PVC Systems
These systems perform much like a TPO system but are available in even more styles and colors. They too have hot air welded seams and a chemical make-up that makes them the most resistant to many chemicals and grease commonly found in manufacturing and restaurant applications.
Rubber Systems (EPDM)
Of the single ply roof systems, Rubber (EPDM)
is the oldest single ply roofing system still commonly used today. These systems can be installed using mechanically fastened, adhered, or ballasted installation. These systems are time tested and when combined with updated accessories and installation methods, they are still a good solution for many roofing applications.
